The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Chartered Governance Institute (The Institute) was held virtually at 08:00 hrs. GMT (18:00 AEST) on Thursday 21 October 2021.
The business of the agenda were:
- To receive and consider the report of the Council on the business of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2021.
- To receive comprehensive financial statements of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2021.
Results
The vast majority of voting members approved all of the resolutions put forward at the AGM.
