The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Chartered Governance Institute (The Institute) was held at 16:30 hrs. (local time) on Friday, 4 October 2024 in the Harcourt Suite at the Hong Kong Club, 1 Jackson Road, Central, Hong Kong and virtually via Vistra.
The business of the agenda were:
- To receive and consider the report of the Council on the business of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2024.
- To receive comprehensive financial statements of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2024.
The vast majority of voting members approved all of the resolutions put forward at the AGM.
The following resolutions were voted on by way of a poll.
